Boot Camp

Are you looking for a new challenge? Then the Twisted “A” Boot Camp is just what you need. Our boot camps provide you highly effective fat burning workouts, nutritional guidance, measured progress reports, guaranteed results, motivation, friendship and lots of FUN!!!! Whether it is your first time to work out or you are a seasoned vet, we promise to get you past your comfort limits and push you to get into the best shape of your life!

Classes are Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday from 7:15PM – 8:15PM at Northtown Park , 14508 Harris Ridge Blvd., Pflugerville, TX 78660. Christine Sledge will teach these classes and the cost will be $65 for 2 days per week and $85 for 3 days.
