Training Options
Summer Camp Speed & Agility / Strength & Conditioning:
We have a limit of only 10 athletes per session in order to provide them with the greatest level of functional agility strength and speed training.
- Session I
Days of the Week: M/W or T/TH
Dates: June 4, 11, 18, & 25
Times: 5PM - 6PM or 7PM - 8PM
Early Registration Fee: $150.00
- Session II
Days of the Week: M/W or T/TH
Dates: July 9, 16, 23, & 30
Times: 5PM - 6PM or 7PM - 8PM
Early Registration Fee - $150.00
Team Training
The team training program offers customized movements while developing greater levels of speed, agility, power and strength. Teamwork, camaraderie and leadership skills are also enhanced. This program can be delivered at the Twisted A facility or off-site.
1-on-1 Training
Twisted A offers 1-on-1 training for athletes who prefer individualized and personal attention.
