Dylan Disu

Dylan is currently going into the 5th grade. He is 5’3” and weighs 105lbs. Dylan had knee surgery on November 17, 2010 on his ACL and Lateral Meniscus. For a kid this age with this type of surgery the standard time to be back playing sports is 9-12 months.

 

For the first 6 weeks he had no weight bearing on this leg due to the time needed for the lateral meniscus to heal properly. We had him in the gym doing his rehab not only his knee but also his upper body and core. By mid- February 2011 the doctor had released him to begin running in a straight line. At that time we increased his intensity by adding some additional weight training exercises to strengthen his entire body. By the beginning of April the doctor had seen so much improvement that she released him to begin some polymeric drills. As of June 3, 2011 which is only 6 ½ months after his surgery he completed the Cedar Ridge H.S. youth football camp and won the longest punt award at 35 yards, the longest throwing award at 40 yards and he was also given the “Me/Team” award. He is also attending the UT football camp June 8-11, 2011.

 

Cody Clevlen

High School: NYOS, Austin, TX

L-test Core Drill: 6.93 seconds

Cody started working out with Twisted A during the summer prior to his junior year in high school. Before coming to us he had no formal training. Within 6 weeks of intense 1-on-1 training his time on the 40 yard dash went from 5.2 seconds to 4.7 seconds. His bench increased from 175lbs. to 235lbs. He cut 20 seconds off his time for the DOT drill from 70 seconds to 50 seconds. His total body weight increased from 170lbs. to 185lbs.

 

Cody is actively being pursued by Arkansas Baptist Junior College and Lamar University to play football.

 

Brandon Worden

High School: McCallum High School, Austin, TX
Sports: Baseball
Position: 2nd Base, Pitcher, & Catcher

Brandon started working out with Twisted A during the summer prior to his senior year in high school. Within 6 weeks of intense 1-on-1 training his time on the 40 yard dash went from 4.94 seconds to 4.6 seconds. His bench increased from 135lbs. to 225lbs. His L-test core drill went from 8.15 seconds to 7.13 seconds. His standing broad jump increased from 8.3 ft. to 9.1 ft. His pro-agility time decreased from 5.38 seconds to 4.63 seconds. His total body weight increased 20lbs in lean muscle mass.

 

D’Andre Day

High School: Georgetown High School, Georgetown, TX
Sports: Basketball
Position: Forward

D’Andre started working out with Twisted A during his freshman year of high school. Within 6 weeks of intense 1-on-1 training his time on the 40 yard dash went from 4.88 seconds to 4.59 seconds. His bench increased from 115lbs. to 165lbs. His L-test core drill went from 8.13 seconds to 6.84 seconds. His standing broad jump increased from 8.3 ft. to 9.8 ft. His pro-agility time decreased from 5.38 seconds to 4.67 seconds. His total body weight increased 15lbs. in lean muscle mass.
